You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and included components. A valid proof of purchase is required to process any return.
To begin a return, please contact us at info@cardontools.ca or call +1 613-326-0007 with your order details. Once approved, we will provide clear instructions for returning your item. Please ensure you contact us before sending anything back, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will assess the situation promptly and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the case.
Once your return is received, it will be carefully inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction. If your refund has not been received within 15 business days after approval, feel free to contact us.
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including used or installed tools, custom or special-order items, clearance or sale products, gift cards, and hazardous materials such as flammable liquids or gas-powered equipment. If you’re unsure about your item, we recommend contacting us before requesting a return.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you can return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
