TINY New Old Stock Armstrong USA made 78-000 Extra Heavy Duty Pattern C-Clamp 

These unusual Extra heavy duty clamps have a 3/4" opening with the screw fully retracted and an approximate 1" deep throat. They are widely considered to be among the heaviest duty C-Clamps ever made 

Design Features: Drop-forged and through-hardened alloy steel body, roll-formed threads, and an extra-long, heavy-walled hub to prevent springing under heavy stress

Screw Size: 3/8"-16 thread with a hardened point and square head (tightened using a wrench or socket rather than a sliding handle

Throat Depth: 5/8 inch (from center of screw)

Pattern: Extra heavy-duty / machinist C-clamp

These clamps are lovely !

The only ones I have found online are $72 USD each from an industrial supply house that still has a few in stock.
